No way to filter, the filters do not work. You have to upload pictures and none of them are approved - makes no sense. The verification also does not work. Basically a useless app that now has my pictures. After receiving the response from the developer : Your response is surprisingly condescending for a customer service reply. Starting with “Let’s get this straight: first of all…” isn’t a great way to address someone who took the time to provide feedback. My review wasn’t about whether you have photo requirements—it was about the fact that my completely normal photos were repeatedly rejected with no explanation. Telling users to email support after the fact doesn’t fix the poor user experience. If a photo is rejected, the app should clearly explain why so users know what to change. Instead of responding defensively, you might consider taking customer feedback seriously. That’s how apps improve.
This was the first test I took when signing up but I kinda enjoyed it.
This is by far the least inclusive dating app I’ve ever been on. There are two options for gender. Once I picked “I’m a girl” it automatically set it to “looking for men” and there is no way to change it. After I finished setting up my profile I even tried to change my gender to male just so I could SEE the women on the app, but they don’t even give you that option. On top of that the quiz is really lacking. It has very poor grammar, and doesn’t make much sense. I’m not typically the type of person to leave reviews on things especially negative ones, but I was really disappointed by this.
