Good Fellas - Booking App

I have been an member of Goodfellas for about 10 years. While the Goodfellas concept is excellent, the app can only do the basics. Original bookings is ok (although it can block you at times) but for everything else you have to phone. An ability to load tips for the drivers will be very welcome as they tell me they receive a very small part of the cake. With the degrading of uber quality Goodfellas should take the gap! An update of the app dearly needed. And do some user survey! Herman

So we used this service to get a female friend home on the morning of the 20th August 2023. The driver who arrived couldn’t put a sentence together and when he got in the car he could not drive it. He repeatedly asked the now female passenger “where am I going” which sparked no hope. Our friend jumped out the car and said “I’m uncomfortable” to which we immediately told the driver to get out. He was beyond unprofessional and was either high or drunk. His “partner” drove a Honda Jazz with GP plates and was long gone by the time we went back to the gate. He then waited on the street corner for almost an hour and made us severely uncomfortable.

This is a completely useless App. Don’t bother
