SAA Voyager

A more useless app I haven’t seen for a long time. No one in their right mind would release such a basic outdated bit of technology! Whoever approved the expenditure on this embarrassing piece of low tech rubbish should be fired along with the developers. No wonder SAA is bankrupt. Yet another example of “ jobs for pals “! A disgrace.

Please update this App to international Airline standards. This App is simply unacceptable when compared to other airline App that are actually useable. Why does SAA have a separate booking App? That’s App is worse.

I looked forward to this app but it has failed spectacularly in the execution 1. It’s not really an app 2. Forces you to log in with your membership no and PIN. No facial recognition or other method of opening it 3.The only real function is to check your points accrual, but then again, it doesn’t show activity after 30 days, which limits it usefulness 4. The rest is just fluff, with no functionality 5. It doesn’t show upcoming bookings 6. No ability to make a booking All in all, it is a non functional, clumsy attempt at an app and is most disappointing
