Great idea. Poor execution. App doesn’t provide clear updates or arrival times. Customer service says driver will be there in 20-30 minutes, but they arrive 2 hours later. 2/3 times I’ve ended up just ordering an Uber and leaving my car because I had no idea when (or if) my road trip would arrive. If they can manage to improve communication and provide reliable time estimates, would be a huge improvement.
