The Enchanted Parks app is enchantingly disappointing, when expecting an enchanted experience leaves uses with frustration, unfinished product, and missed opportunities. We waited to finally get an app and get stuck with something that feels like it was made by a student in middle school. No clear sense of where my pass is located, unable to pull up multiple season passes. Too many things are linked outside the app to a webpage. The park is currently closed and rides shown as “open.” This app isn’t remotely close to being finished, let’s hope they continue to make updates and fast.
Just look at the 2nd screenshot, they couldn’t bother to even take one with info filled in. There is “0 points” at the top when you log in, is there rewards or something? When you filter attractions you can filter “Only rides that earn points” which is none, what the hell? Vibecoded nonsense. No wait times or interactive map No way to purchase tickets or passes in app No restaurants or menus listed inside the app Water park closed 1.5 hours ago but every single attraction is still listed as “Open” even though it isn’t
Slapped together quickly, vibe coded, lacking features, and mostly directs you to a browser. Error messages galore, random crashes, and most promised features aren’t here despite the app being a full two months behind the original slated release date. The “new” Six Flags app removed critical features and I had hoped that the Enchanted Parks app might be an improvement. That’ might still come, but it isn’t here yet. Looking forward to updating this review in the future when it’s more stable, has a better and more thoughtful design, and has useful features like ride wait times or useful ride status.
