Raised a return request on 24 June. The pickup executive came on 26 June but refused to collect the items despite my offering a bag to carry them. Since then, I've sent four emails and made multiple calls, but received no response apart from an automated ticket acknowledgement. The promised 48-hour response never came. Extremely poor customer service, zero accountability, and complete disregard for customers
