Soo I’ve been doing fine on the app for about a month or 2. When I tried to merge my energies, it kept loading for 5 mins so I tried to refresh the app and now it won’t even load for me anymore to the main screen. It’ll say “100%” loading screen but won’t actually take me to the main screen. I was really disappointed bc now I can’t get my free pack from my energies I merged or even play now.

I received my first time payment within 6 hours. Not bad at all. Definitely a tough crowd, because Rips Rush took 4 days. Both I think were better than Triumph because something was won. I put $5 on this app for the 7-day $1 pack. I continued to play, thinking something good could happen if all these 1 cent cards filled up two of the energy bars, for higher wins. Sure enough, I started getting $2.50 cards from $1 pulls. I stopped at $6 winnings and pulled my free card for the 7 days of packs offer. I got an 81 cent card, withdrew and only had to pay a 50 cent fee compared to Rips Rush's $2 one. My US California ID card worked in verification. If you grow beards, fellas and smiled in the pic, try smiling in the selfie I have done this when a verification failed in the past. Also clear well lit areas not overly bright or dark will help. 6 hours was just in time to buy what I needed for today with yeah only a $1.31 profit from a $5 deposit, with 6 more free cards. Can't complain.

So first off I just want to say horrible horrible communication. I have been trying to get a hold of them for two or three days now and as soon as I asked them about this, they absolutely will not reply. I have $286 PayPal payment and a $58 PayPal payment. And it still hasn’t came through it makes no sense and nobody can talk. I’ll take triumph all day over this because they give you money ASAP. This is ridiculous. People put hard earned money into this and when you think you’re gonna get a card or you’re gonna get your money back. It’s up to them I guess and the only reason I even use this app is because I triumph ain’t been letting me load money on that app for like a week now for some reason but yeah, this is all bad.
