GoTickets - Event Tickets

GoTickets has made providing the worst possible customer service an art form. From the moment I purchased the tickets to the moment they were scanned at the venue, I worried I had been scammed. After purchasing, I had to accept my tickets, then transfer them to myself… they opened in an unmarked browser window and wouldn’t allow me to download them to my wallet (despite Go Tickets’ recommendation you download your tickets to your wallet because reception can be bad at events… thanks!) A week before the event I checked back and could no longer access them… what followed was a week of maddening phone calls and messages with their chatbots. I would wake up to three or four missed calls from different reps that provided no new info. I was told to call but couldn’t reach anyone on the phone. I was told to chat them, but had to talk to an AI chatbot for fifteen minutes, explaining my case each time from the beginning, before I would be connected with a real person who was not much better. Their solution to every problem is to offer a 10% discount on future orders, as if that were something I’d ever consider. I would rather pay a markup with the official seller than ever use GoTickets again.

This is by far my favorite way to buy concert tickets. The app layout makes it easy to find the exact show I am looking for in my city. My favorite part is that It has introduced me to shows in my city that I didn't even know was happening!
