Tried the one-week trial and decided to cancel. That’s when the problem started. The app says you must confirm cancellation through an email — but the email never arrives. I’ve tried the process many times, checked spam, everything. Nothing. I contacted support by email and WhatsApp and got no response. This feels intentionally obstructive. An app that makes cancellation impossible and ignores users is a huge red flag. Be very careful before signing up.

As others have postulated, this is a scam app and it’s buggy, especially with video controls. Surprised Apple allows this on their store.

I came to download the app for easier access after a scammy ‘push offer’ kept making it hard to get the $19 Neurodance for kids program. It kept trying to get me to sign up for $89/mo other offers- kept trying to decline & note can’t get the app to login… then noticed the app reviews stating exactly what I was experiencing & concerned about. Still in limbo! Grr
