SCAM!! (Not clickbait) I would give it zero or negative stars luckily the settings don’t allow it. I recently purchased a $70 package. They told me it was successful a few days later they are coming up with charges over $10 worth of extra fees after they already told me that my order was successful. I see a lot of people talking about this and all the manufacturers are doing is rubbing off what we are saying. I find this very unprofessional and I would like to know why I wasn’t refunded all of my money being as though I am not willing to pay an extra close to $15 on top of the 70 that I already paid not even sure if it’s gonna make it to my front door or not. Let alone be the quality that I want it to be to pay that amount of money. This is insane. Do not shop here. Under any circumstances.

I ordered ONE custom rug and ONE hoodie and got charged nearly $400 to ship two items. Support first justified it by claiming the package held “7 rugs” — the manufacturer confirmed it’s a SINGLE custom rug (quantity 7 is just how that custom order is priced). The moment I disproved the “7 rugs” story, the rep abandoned it and switched to a vague “volumetric weight” excuse. Their listed billing weight (27,000g) is more than DOUBLE the actual parcel weight (11,730g), and they refused to show the math. That’s a double-charge on shipping dressed up as a formula. Then it got much worse. After I disputed the charge, someone connected to this company accessed my order history in their Discord and POSTED MY HOME ADDRESS at me. My private address — pulled straight from my order — used against me because I questioned a bill. That is a severe data-privacy breach and, frankly, an attempt at intimidation. Overpriced, dishonest about billing, and willing to weaponize your personal information if you push back. Do not trust this app with your money or your address.
