Has you take 42 pictures or more than they evaluate your house based off other houses in the area, which is fine they came back a week later said that another house that was the exact same layout and everything sold for $180k a year and a half ago it had no updates or anything to the inside. My house has a deck built on the back beautiful landscape, updated marble countertops, and everything you could possibly do and came back and said that my house is only worth 170. 😂😂 even though the houses around me that have sold this year are selling for 200 to 205. Then they minus an 11 K agent fee 5K fee to use their service!!!! a $1200 listing preparation. $2500 closing cost which if you’re selling your house the buyer pays for that not the seller so that makes no sense. And says after that they will give you 138k 😂😂 62k less then what houses are selling for next to me. All they houses they compared it to were sold were like a year and a half ago or longer nothing recent so they make it look like its a decent deal when its a scam. Such a rip off.

They need lots of photos and they must be taken using their app on your phone. Not only that but the phone must be held vertically the entire time because it is recording your walk-through. You cannot take a break.. Because video recording generates a lot of heat, my phone shut down three times while trying to take the exterior photos on a hot day. Not only that but, it’s practically impossible to see the phone in the bright sun and having selected “exterior” to take photos of before stepping out into the sun, I did not realize they had separate exterior categories that it wanted me to do. So once I had photographed the entire exterior, I went into the shade where I could see my phone again I learned that I had to do them all again because of the sub categories. Voice prompts would have been nice.
