Milton - Home Shopping App

I bought a Milton tiffin directly through this official app. I placed the order on the 26th and received it on the 29th. Since I needed to return it, I raised a request through the app, and a pickup was scheduled for the 30th. Nobody showed up.Since then, I have called the Milton toll-free customer care number twice. Both times, the support team assured me that my return pickup had been "prioritised," yet absolutely no one has come to collect the item to date.Buying from the official brand app should mean a seamless experience, but their post-purchase support and return coordination are incredibly poor. I am now stuck with an unwanted product because of their unfulfilled promises. Please fix your logistics and resolve my pickup immediately!

I placed an order on 26 March and it was showing delivery to happen on 1 April and today is 3rd and it is still somewhere is transit and not giving proper status.

I ordered 3 containers, but only got 2. Support agent is not trying to understand the issue. Unfortunately the item I received has crack on the bottom, no plastic wrap around.
