PSTR: AI Collage & Carousel

I just wanted to drop a review to appreciate the creators of PSTR. It’s such a beautiful and well-designed app. Creating moodboards and stories has become my favorite aesthetic hobby. You guys did an incredible job with the interface and the cutout tools. Thank you for this gem!

Interesting concept, but forcing AI to export ruins it I really wanted to like this app because the collage and carousel editor itself is exactly what I was looking for. The problem is that after spending time manually arranging my photos into a collage I actually like, there doesn’t seem to be a way to simply save/export what I created. The app instead pushes me to use the AI “Generate” feature before I’m given the option to save. I don’t want AI to regenerate my collage—I just want to export the design I already made. Even worse, when I do use the AI generation feature, it doesn’t just rearrange or style the layout; it actually alters the photos themselves. In photos of people, I’ve had faces come out looking strange and noticeably different from the originals. I absolutely do not want people’s faces AI-generated or modified just so I can save a collage. The manual editor is useful and the app has a lot of potential, but exporting your own manually created design should be a basic function and should not require AI generation. Please add a normal Save/Export button that preserves the original photos exactly as they are.

I’ve tried a few tools for making carousel posts, but PSTR is by far the easiest one to use. The interface is simple, everything is clear, and you can create a clean carousel in just a couple of minutes. The seamless carousel feature is amazing - posts look away more professional when the images flow between slides! Definitely recommend if you create content regularly ✨
