It kicks you out just trying to upload a photo, and you have to complete OTP every time you log in to the app, which is crazy even after it reads your face as a biometric. Come on now, you truly need to fix your app, NOT USER FRIENDLY!!!! And it only allows you to up load (1) photo for a claim !!! Please fix this! I the User sends an email with all the receipts needed, and the response back says to the user, saying please upload into the app! I am like this is bogus! I spend more time fouling with the app, than doing what I was asked to do by you, so this is why I am only giving you a (1) star review!! I wish I could give it (0)! Thanks for waiting my time.
The information is inaccurate. Show claims are approved when they aren’t. They take longer to process reinstatement. Customer service is not professional and friendly at times.
I would be embarrassed to publish an app like this. The app is exceptionally slow. It lacks an astounding amount of features that should be considered basic - such as being able to select messages and mass delete. But no - you have to swipe each one individually to delete, and even then you have to leave the page and go back to see the message disappear. Flores itself also lacks some functionality - like opting out of any kind of message. Considering there is an app, and a website, one does should not be *required* to get an email for every transaction used on the card. Options are email or email-and-sms. Just a bad service overall.
