Responsive & Caring
When the dev team made the change to the app model pricing structure. I had a negative experience and chose to reach out to them about it. They promptly replied and informed me they were working on a fix. They also resolved my issue until they were able to get a new build in the App Store. I appreciate the fact that they cared enough to help me and not brush off my feedback. If you have any issues it’s worth reaching out to this team.
