I liked the interface of the Intro dating app — it’s simple, clean, and easy to navigate. I also enjoyed talking to people on the app; the conversations felt more genuine and comfortable compared to many other dating platforms. That said, there’s definitely room for improvement. It would be great to have the option to upload additional photos, as that helps users express themselves better. Adding the ability to share a direct Instagram handle (optional) could also make it easier to connect and build trust outside the app. Overall, it’s a promising app with a great concept, and with a few added features, it could be even better.
I got an email that Oscar rejected me, as if it was a real Oscar prize….until I realized that it was about this app. Never mind I deleted it! Bringing people down I would have taken it personally if it was Oscar prize but for this app, lol. Too much high prizes and perfect fit model to squeeze in, making ones self confidence sink low, creating unnatural expectations to be the best in order to be accepted even in a new app with a community that is not even 10% of the US population. So much. A toxic app for Queer people that creates a toxic dating culture. Acceptance and less competitive. Everyone is different. Don’t compare apples with oranges. I can be overweight, short, having low quality pictures, unshaven but still be able to be part of dating. Love is for everyone, the core value that the app doesn’t have. If someone be it this app, or either the date can’t accept me in my worse state, that means they can’t love and accept in wholly. Colors come in black and white. A pitch perfect works exists in IG, bring out your real life in the digital world. Although I am so much talented, successful in a young age, cute, and a lot of people admire me and like me, but I had a hard time clicking good pics and I generally don’t appear that well in pics as pics can’t justify your worth. And that is the reason this app did not accept my profile although I filled everything they required, even the selfie part. So shocking. Wants Ranveer Singh in their app and can’t even able to reach the level of even a shadow dating site.
Amazing app! FINALLY we have a platform that was built for this community. Love how the profiles capture the queer desi experience so beautifully. Everyone on there is looking for a serious relationship, which is SO refreshing. Love the fact that we can chat with them and also schedule a video date. The icebreakers are helpful and love how involved and responsive the Intro team is. Highly recommend this app! 10s across the board!
