It’s ridiculously unreliable. It makes communication much more difficult than necessary. You send a message and they may or may not get. If they do get it’s hit or miss if they will get notified. When it’s working it’s great but not getting notified about a message until days later makes it useless. It’s great for substituting FB feed but not all schools utilize it so still have to watch socials for information

Interface isn’t half bad I can send messages and overall works pretty well for a school app

I am not able to write messages to my children teachers. When I try to the app will force close it and the notifications will not clear out.
