Having bought 3 swimsuits I was asked to review but I am unable to do so, as a response. I cannot review on the app either. Shame because their swimsuits are great!

So many problems with this app which seems poorly designed and not user friendly. Often won’t complete checkout so I end up reverting to the website. “App exclusive” offers are emailed to me but don’t seem to be available on the app. It does keep a record of my account but should be easier to use than it is.

The app itself is really good for browsing and selecting items, but when it comes to checking out, it fails when trying to connect to PayPal and just sits there with an empty white box on the screen. So, I end up having to go to the website. I also noticed that the app hadn’t applied the free shipping for spending over £40 so something is going wrong with the app’s checkout process. If that were fixed, it would be 5 stars.
