Location Tracker: Find Family

This app it’s not what they are saying! They showing up oh just tap the phone Number in and that’s it,,, no! It’s not working that way the showing it! Everything they want it’s your money! I been trying to get a touch with someone of this app for 2 day to get my money back! But no one respond to my calls or text message!!

Scammer Money Grab. This app does the same exact thing as iOS find “my phone.” It advertised type in any phone number and find that persons location. When you do that and it takes you to the pay page, afterwards there is no way to enter the phone number and search location unless users allow you to do so. Complete and utter scam. Will file complaint with Apple for money back.

They ran my credit card without my approval. They had it stored on file and when I hit continue it purchased it. I did not consent and never put my card in manually. They know they are wrong cuz I did it twice in the same day with another tracker. They refunded me the one but not the other justifying it’s ok not to refund me. I had no clue which card of mine they ran until I looked at all my credit cards. I’m cancelling now and not going to use that app.
