The recipes in this app are not very well put together. They call for ingredients that you may or may not be able to find in your area. There are a small amount of recipes available. And the ones that are available repeat often and they offer strange things for breakfast and lunch that most people in the states would not eat. I also marked on my calendar when to cancel because you have to subscribe for 90 days at a time. A week before I should’ve been due for my subscription to renew, they renewed the payment. I contacted them hours after the payment went to please cancel they said they would cancel three months from now, but that the payment I just made would stand. I will be fighting this with my credit card company because I have no use for another three months of a service I’m not using and their customer service just keeps repeating that when you signed up for this issue, agreed to these terms. You can Google way better recipes for these diets and these people will provide you and FYI this company is in Europe somewhere.

Edit: after my 2 star review. I was initially upset but the cancellation was easy through email next day. So good customer service support. I changed it 5-star because I realize anything less is ding this day and age You must email this service to cancel. I tried and didn’t find real value for myself. I got an immediate automated response from the company saying it could take up to 4 business days and the contracts says you need to cancel 2 days in advance of billing. It’s 2025 everything is automated just another money grab. I think you can find any information on here in a book a bout carnivore. I hope it’s good for you if you decide to use it

The app for the carnivore was very limited in food choices, and hard to use so we barely used it during the trial. When we signed up for the trial we did not realize it would auto renew. We received no notification by email to remind us, when I contacted them they said no refund because of the terms that we “agreed” to again I am very diligent on making sure I have a reminder on my calendar to cancel renewals I don’t want. I didn’t have any notification, which made this even more disappointing that I am paying for another month that I won’t even use this app. - Updating on your reply, I did contact your customer service by email with the above concern and was denied a refund by your support specialist Jessica Bailey. I was then told to contact them through my review on Trust Pilot only to receive the same response from Nora, so what was the point of that. They are not transparent on their terms and conditions, along with no auto notifications.
