The app was horrible at first but I could make it work by keeping the app open till my bottle ran a cycle. It would then count it. Then we had two upgrades. At first my app worked great with my bottle. Now since last week it hasn’t counted or synced at all. It will pair but I can’t even start my bottle from the app anymore or change the color on my bottle either. I’m not sure what happened. I’ve tried logging out logging back in. I even repaired the device from scratch nothing. It will not do anything on the app anymore. It’s just a bummer honestly. I really wanted to love this bottle and app!

I get it. This is a new product and there are bugs in the system. Unfortunately, companies rush to get their product out the door without doing a thorough quality check. This is one of the most expensive hydrogen bottles out there because of what it’s capable of doing. I have yet to experience the full capabilities of this product. This is where the company needs to do the right thing. Either give the customer the option of a full refund OR….refund a portion of the purchase price since the end user is not getting what they paid for. They really need to figure something out fast. Even with a cool marketing department they have a product that doesn’t work as promised. Something that doesn’t work right and charging a premium price will get a bad reputation real quick.
Update****
The updated app is still not allowing it to pair to my phone. I have followed all of the troubleshooting steps and no luck. They tell me to turn on allow Bluetooth under settings in the app. It’s not even an option.

While the app connects via Bluetooth, it doesn’t seem to sync any data. My suspicion is that this is a newer company with a lean tech department. It might be worth investing more money to get better turnaround time on resolving those issues.
Regardless of the app, the water bottle is sick. I like that you can see the PPM build up while it cycles. It’s light and compact enough to fit in my lunch bag. Adjusting the colors is also a fun feature. 12oz measurements are perfect for mentally tracking my water intake.
Overall, I’m satisfied with the bottle. The app needs a bit of work, but I’m sure it will happen in time.
