ECHO Water

The app is getting better. Strange that a $300 water bottle would launch with a useless broken app, but recent updates have come a long way. Only issue is I have no idea how to estimate or use ounces. I use milliliters and liters to measure all my water. It would be good if they updated the app so the user can select what measurements to use, and even set their own custom water amounts to coincide with their personal water bottles. Giving it two more stars for cleaning up the app and simplifying, but still feels half-baked. Don’t add features, just improve the ones that are there and it could get a 5 star. Also, add hydration syncing with Garmin if they allow that.

I’ve had my flask for 2 weeks and the app doesn’t sync all the time. One day it didn’t log any flasks even though I had 3 (my set goal for the day). As of today, the app is off by 9 flasks that were not counted. Also, when the app is not open, the flask indicates that it’s not paired. App is glitchy and could use an update.

We bought this bottle in hopes of helping with some gut/health issues. The app is a cool concept, but doesn’t seem to sync up very well at times. I would love to see it sync with Apple Health and Fitness apps. I couldn’t get the customization features for the protocols to work and save on the app. Battery life is decent. I get 4 -10 minute cycles before needing to charge, which equates to charging the bottle every night, just like my phone. Overall it’s a decent bottle, but I feel the price point is a little high for what is being offered. There are lots of other hydrogen bottles on the market for a fraction of the price.
