They broke this app and I can no longer access my blood test results (before even when I could they made it extremely confusing and unnecessarily difficult to access). They made me fill out a bunch of personal information (that I didn’t want to give) just to access test results that I previously had access to, and one of the form questions asked if I had cancer, diabetes, etc. from family history — the answer is no but the form didn’t allow for a no so I had to put that I had it lol. And even after filling all of that out I still can’t see my results. What a waste of money and a joke. Extremely expensive too.

I started really using the app around 9/1/25. I was loving Allen. He was really helping me nail down the best nutritional choices. However, in the last 3 days, the lag time has increased and I repeatedly receive wonky error messages saying the turn failed and some others that are very long. These look like they’re intended for developers, not users. Restarting Allen not restarting the app seem to help much. I’m frustrated, in part, because the recommendations I was receiving were so wonderful! I look forward to a time when this improves.

I have used a number of offerings in this space like Function and found Ways2Well to offer the best features for my requirements. The detailed test results from my bloodwork identified a number of health issues that I have been able to track and improve over time. Their healthcare professionals are insightful and provide quality advice that is easy to digest and actionable. Five stars!
