Rocket Now: Food Delivery

I just moved to japan and i had surgery about several days ago. Im in deep recovery. The recovery is resting and waiting. Like every other surgery. So i dont have a car neither a bicycle i just moved to japan. I use the bus i use taxis i use the train and I USE MY LEGS! While im adapting to japan and its culture and transitioning to have a drivers license etc. i was extremely hungry! I didn’t est for about 12 hours due to not having the availability to move or carry or lift heavy items because of the surgery. So i was scrolling in instagram and this add of rocket now kept appearing. I used uber eats and grubhub from working from home when i was in USA but here in Japan is a different story. So when i saw the promotion in instagram i said to myself. Lets give it a try. So i bought a pizza from pizza hut! It took about 30 to 40 mins to deliver and the food was hot! It was on time and delicious! I was so happy due to my situation. So this happ has been saving me from walking and lifting hevay things due to doctors restrictions and doctors orders for my well being. IF YOU ARE IN JAPAN AND JUST MOVED IN AND YOU DONT HAVE A CAR NEITHER A BIKE ETC NOR A WAY TO TRANSPORT PLEASE CONSIDER USING THIS APP! THIS APP WILL SAVE YOU FROM TONS OF PROBLEMS! (RAIN, cold days, no transportation, or just the fact that the restaurants might be kinda far away from where you live) im new to japan and i just had surgery all i can do is wait to recover and enjoy my food being brought home. And i think i will be using this app forever during my stay in japan. For my remote job as well or sny Other conditions! STRONGLY RECOMMEND AND THE DELIVERY PERSONNEL ARE VEY VERY KIND AND I AM NEW GAIJIN LIVING IN JAPAN! Lol ❤️❤️❤️❤️☺️☺️☺️☺️

They have many restaurants that offer the same price as eating in. Even when they don’t, the prices are the same as other delivery apps, however rocket has no delivery or service fee so they are always cheaper than Uber etc.

I’m not quite sure I understand the business model, because the prices are so cheap and no fees, but as a customer obviously I love that.
