I love this and it is my first day! I love how it starts off easy but the easy things help a lot! I just got done with my first stretching process. When things got hard, I knew to keep going so I didn’t have to start from scratch. I also love how you can set goals. I’m not very good at keeping a streak so I picked 14 days in a row. It is motivating me so much with all these reviews and I hope mine motivates you! This is written by a 13 yr old btw! Let me know if this helps!😁

I’ve tried a bunch of stretching & mobility apps and this one is simply not good. The stretches seem random with no real plan. Theres basically no explanation or flow, and it doesn’t feel like it was made by folks who actually know (or care) much about stretching. On top of that pretty much everything is locked. They let you try a few random routines then they want you to pay a pretty steep weekly subscription. Feels predatory and likely just another cash grab. The routines I did try weren’t making much sense either, especially if you’re looking for clear instructions and safe progressions. They have a library of articles about stretching but they seem fake and almost definitely generated by AI. I guess we’re at that point where developers can just hack anything together with AI and launch it on the app store without having any real understanding of the subject matter. Overall disappointing. I’d look elsewhere. 🚩🤔🤷‍♀️😔🛑

I love this app so much. It stretches me each morning and afternoon. I love it so much people who are looking forward to get a new routine and exercise, this app is for you. This app has some ads about themselves but they are short and quick so you don’t have to wait a life time for the ad to end. Thank you for reading this and make sure to download it!
