They have some pretty nice routines for no money! I wish they offered more and more focused exercised but any stretch is good! I would probably pick other apps for stretching over this one but it’s pretty good! One more thing, pretty sure the person who made this wasn’t very bright. Not sure abt you, but when putting in my height, they think that 10 inches is a foot instead of 12. I am 4”11. I tried to put in my healthy but it goes from 4”9 straight to 5”0! I would fix that but besides that it’s a pretty nice app. Organized and basic but good for a simple stretch. If you want a more focused and hardcore goal, don’t get this one, but if you simply want to maintain flexibility in your body as you get older or just in general, this one’s great!

I’ve tried a bunch of stretching & mobility apps and this one is simply not good. The stretches seem random with no real plan. Theres basically no explanation or flow, and it doesn’t feel like it was made by folks who actually know (or care) much about stretching. On top of that pretty much everything is locked. They let you try a few random routines then they want you to pay a pretty steep weekly subscription. Feels predatory and likely just another cash grab. The routines I did try weren’t making much sense either, especially if you’re looking for clear instructions and safe progressions. They have a library of articles about stretching but they seem fake and almost definitely generated by AI. I guess we’re at that point where developers can just hack anything together with AI and launch it on the app store without having any real understanding of the subject matter. Overall disappointing. I’d look elsewhere. 🚩🤔🤷‍♀️😔🛑

The questions it asked were great I was so impressed on how it was actually important things to know. I downloaded this app because I recently joined the cheer team and wanted to learn how to do the splits to get better at my jumps. It once it asked my all the questions, it hit me with the “you have to pay” I was so excited that’s I found an app to help me and that was free but then it wasn’t free. I wish they could add a free option that maybe you could pay for premium so that those who can’t pay aren’t left out on this great app
