I love this app, gets me motivated, I also love that there is tips on what to eat and small snack you can try before actually working out, on top of that there’s like AI chats gives you workouts u can try out starting from slow and easy workouts, to intensity workouts. Yall should definitely try this app out I use it bc I have social anxiety and don’t like being in public so I downloaded to do home workouts. It’s a great app ❤️ and also being 100% honest it really is remember to stay hydrated tho and listen to your body u got this and don’t give up 💪🏽

So, SheFit is a nice app with a lot of choices and really easy accessible workouts, however, you can only go 4!days of working out before they want to charge you. You could try doing other workouts still, but it may only allow you to do a couple days as well. I prefer not to pay to workout when I got workout for free. You can still see the workouts you would do, so instead I just do the workout from the picture and set a 30 second timer on my phone. I just find it harder that way, but that is my opinion which really bothered me. I thought this app would allow me to at least get 5 days in, but no only 4 days. If it was free, it would be an amazing app, it provides suggested meals for your workouts too. Even though it’s more difficult, like I said before, since I can’t click on the workout and complete it, I’ll just view the workouts I have and set a 3 second timer on my phone and complete it that way.

I have only been on for one day but it's really helpful. I like how they make a whole interview and pick the exercise just right for you. Although I wish there was a break in between each exercise. Other than that really good and I would definitely suggest this!
