My experience with Koro App has been amazing so far. The app is simple to use, easy to navigate, and makes accessing financial services more convenient. I like being able to manage my loan information from my phone without having to visit an office. Overall, it has been a helpful and convenient service. If the rates can be adjusted downwards a bit, it would be much better for you and your client numbers

They have a nice limit that constantly increases, but their interest equally increases. Despite that its a price to pay for having an emergency. Besides that i have nothing else against it. I got a loan as soon as i finished applying which shows their nice interface and my limits increased as soon as i repayed. Thank you Koro.

I downloaded this app a month ago and submitted my M-Pesa statement as required. They responded by saying they couldn’t offer me a loan at the moment and advised me to check back after 7 days. I did and got the same response. Fast forward to today, I received a message prompting me to re-download the app, claiming I’d be offered a specific loan amount. I gave it another try, only to be told once again that I’m not eligible. It feels like this app is just collecting our personal data without any intention of offering loans. Be careful don’t download it!
