Very expensive for the basic nature of the content.
I’ve been doing one form or another of personal development work for 5+ years on top of already being a very self-aware person. Other stuff made me feel good, but shadow work gets to the root issue of patterns and behaviors that I find myself repeatedly getting stuck in. (And not root issue as in childhood stuff, but root issue as in what is unconsciously happening right now that is causing this repetition and stuckness.) The breakthroughs come quick! And the approach I’ve found specifically in Shadow World is helping me consistently do shadow work without getting stuck in a shame spiral (which is what happened when I started shadow work with a free journal I found on Kindle last year). The approach in Shadow World is like “here’s your breakthrough, now here’s your next immediate action step.” As a coach, I really appreciate the way breakthrough is paired with action-taking. So far I’m really enjoying the monthly themes to keep us accountable to and engaged with doing the work. The only thing I would love to see improvement with is the community engagement. I would love for the community to be more interactive! There’s not no interaction, but more interaction is just something I personally would love to see!
I love having Felicity in my pocket every day. It’s a constant reminder to become a better version of myself and there’s always something I can do to improve or work on me. And the exercises are so simple!
