Sky Rush : Traffic Puzzle

So I really enjoyed this game up until I got level 270, if the developers reach out to me that would be great. I don’t see anywhere in the app where I can contact them but level 270 is not beatable at all because literally, I have the black pieces that I gotta move into to get the little colored match people there they don’t fit into the area where they need to go there’s no way possible for them to go into that area so that I can get to them because it’s blocked off and I don’t know what to do on that because like there’s literally no way I’ve got screen record recordings, and screenshots to prove and so I’m pretty upset because I’ve actually spent money on this app to make purchases and stuff and now I feel like it’s just been a waste because I literally can’t move forward anymore because it’s not possible and that’s a rip off until then, l actually loved this game, and would’ve given it a five star rating until I came up on this level that is not beatable. And that’s not fair to the players of this game.

Do not know about others but I play to relax with a puzzle. The difficulty level increases very rapidly, after playing for a short time have already used up all lives. Just a suggestion, why can’t developers give difficulty options on the hard puzzles or lengthen timing or not time them at all? Making it too difficult so that one has to watch ad after ad just to try again gets very monotonous and makes a person just want to try a different game. Just my opinion, you are all working hard.

I'm on level 56, and I've already had to spend like $50 to get their stupid power ups so you can get through levels. The more you progress, the harder and more unplayable the levels are. Right now there's only two moves and that's it. And there's no room to move any pieces around, the other ones are in ice that it says you need to clear six and nine buses to be able to break the ice, and there's not even more than two moves that you can do right now. The pieces are going in the wrong direction so you can't move them around the ice, and I'm not about to spend $20 to buy a hammer to break a bus out of the way. This game is a rip off. I'm on level 1000 of Bus Jam and I've already spent hundreds of dollars on it too, but I'm about to stop playing that game too. So watch out for the creator of this game, because that's all they're looking for is money, money money
