Sort Dash: Color Match!

While I appreciate that the recent bug in Sort Dash was acknowledged and fixed, I was disappointed with the developer’s response when I reached out. The bug completely prevented me from progressing through the game, through no fault of my own, and I provided clear documentation. The developer responded politely, but ultimately said there was no system in place to offer any compensation or gesture of goodwill. While I understand technical limitations can exist, many other developers I've interacted with have been able to offer at least a small in-game token, credit, or booster in situations like this - especially when the bug interfered with normal gameplay. The lack of follow-up or personal acknowledgment of the time and progress lost was frustrating, and it felt like my experience as a player wasn’t fully valued. I enjoy the game and want to support its growth, but I hope future support interactions are handled with a bit more consideration for the players who take the time to report issues and support the game's development.

I would definitely give this five stars if it didn’t have as many ads in it. I never purchase games but I was actually tempted to purchase this one until I realized that if you pay the “no ads or remove ads” IT’s ONLY FOR 30 days and then you have to do it again. That is not worth it. Normally I don’t even pay $10 for a game that I can have for Life but I was going to because I like this game a lot. But not for 30 days that’s a rip off. So I think I’m gonna delete the app. Cause the ads are extremely annoying. Some ads are OK but not after every game to have a “ad break” You make it a 1 time buy I’d probably buy it.
