Prices have been gradually increasing week after week in small, almost unnoticeable increments. However, I have been monitoring these changes for quite some time and comparing them with other grocery stores. The pattern is clear, and it is unacceptable. It feels misleading and unfair to customers. In addition, I continue to receive messages from the delivery driver asking me to share my home location, even though all the delivery details are already saved in my account within the app. This is very frustrating and cannot continue. There are times when I am away from home or at work, and I rely on these items being delivered without needing to respond to additional messages. The current process is inconvenient and needs to be addressed.
