If you’re looking for an app just like the NYT game, this is it. I dont know how this one isn’t more popular. The other, more popular app “Topics” is glitchy, doesn’t let you play the archive, and doesn’t have the advancing hint feature!!! I mean seriously it bothered me so much how glitchy it was. This one is smooth, and the haptic feedback is very pleasant. My only complaint is the ads, but there’s not much you can do about that.

I LOVE playing strands every day on NYT games. But I wanted to play it more than just once a day. So this app was perfect for it. My ONLY complaint is that the tap action is SUPER laggy. Like I’ll have to click a letter 3-4 times before it’s recognized that I’ve clicked it. Then, on the other side of the spectrum sometimes it’s sensitive and will treat one tap as two. Some of the mechanics need to be worked out. But other than that I LOVE it! I even paid for ad free game play. I look forward to seeing improvements in the future.

This is a satisfying alternative to Strands and much better than any other Strands dupes. The only thing I wish would be added is a list of all games that can be played, so I can see how close I am to completing them all. I’m close to 50 and worried I’ll run out after that. Hoping for an update soon 🤞🏽
