I got medication 24 hours later, yet they claim to fulfill consultations in 2 hours. I asked for a refund after about 12 hours, but they wouldn’t give it to me; instead, they said they would notify the doctor that I was a priority, then stopped responding to anything I said. I’d still rather have my refund. The medication they chose is questionable too. I still have to contact my pharmacy to see if the request even went through, which could potentially make this company even worse if I have to hassle with that.

I submitted my info late at night around 11:15PM eastern time and by 830AM came around which is 730AM central where they operate out of I received my prescription for my amoxicillin for my pretty bad tooth infection. I didn’t have to contact them, but I did get exactly what I expected and to the right pharmacy without issue. I definitely recommend them based off this experience if you need a quick consultation or medication fast for infections etc.

They do not return phone calls to the pharmacy when there is a question. The dose order for my condition was subtheraputic. They also don’t reply to emails. So find another provider. The app works fine. The service is not very good. Any problems, well you paid $39. That’s it they did what their job. Even if done wrong. Again they don’t communicate. Not to you, the Pharmacy or emails. Skip this service.
