Meru Cabs-Local and Outstation

Never trust Meru if you are gong to Hyderabad Airport from this app. They will say they will call 20 mins before travel time to confirm and they will cancel with unavailability of drivers. So they don’t schedule before hand.

Tried booking via app but could only use local phone number. Should have a text option, also cannot book a larger cab over the phone line which is a silly restriction.

Used to be quick to book a cab from home to airport, as my home location was stored. New app makes me wait until the Meru Now loads and shows me (again) there are no cabs nearby (you're not uber), and then makes me select the area where I want to book the cab from, through weird menus. Used to be I hit one button and done. Unfortunate
