Very inferior booking experience and staff coordination. Booked for 2 nights, while booking, it clearly said chauffeur pick up and drop is available on the ITC website, dropped them a mail confirming the same, they denied. Meanwhile, someone from their team reached out on WhatsApp and now is not reverting from last 5 days. Upon following up 3/4 times over email, they reverted saying it’s only applicable to suite category. Ask them to upgrade me to suite category using my gold status vouchers, they are still denying the chauffeur service. Overall, booking experience on ITC website is very poor given that the staff is not aware of what’s promised on website, better to book from third party apps. Moreover, ITC gold membership is worthless, Taj inner-circle is much more superior given the customer delight it focuses on. Reconsidering my stay in ITC Chail, will opt for Taj Theog next time onwards

It’s one of theee best membership around for staying , food etc . I have travelled to many of their properties around India they are absolutely good in their hospitality and not to forget BUKHARA their iconic restaurant along with Multicusine restaurant The Pavilion. Personally I liked the Mughal in Agra and The Welcome heritage in Jodhpur . Many more to come. All the best.

You can get a free registration when you are registration on the app. Easy you can just click on get a free membership on sign up. however, you cannot put a activity which you are going to do in the future If you did a booking with another account or if you did not do with the app, however, the app is good and you can you can book a table in the options of reservations, and then by that you don’t have to wait during breakfast, lunch or dinner.
