Originally I enjoyed the book selection, had a monthly subscription. Renewed with quarterly but noticed all the books remained the same. I emailed customer service 3 times asking for help. After the first email was ignored, I sent a second following up again asking for help, with a note if I didn’t receive a response I would be cancelling the subscription…..still nothing, so I cancelled the subscription and sent the third email letting them know I had cancelled and would be giving my review. Some books were great, some not so much, but zero customer service is inexcusable. Don’t waste your money on a company that doesn’t care.
I love any of these kinds of apps where you can buy a weekly or monthly pass so generally I would give this a good review, but it doesn’t allow you to change to size of the font and it’s very small so I had to skip it. Can I read it that small? Yes, but it gives me too much eyestrain. It would be great if they could add a feature to adjust the font size and background color. I have scoured the app and can’t find it if it does exist.
I’ve been using this app for a few weeks now, and I’m totally hooked! The selection of romance novels is AMAZING. Whether I’m in the mood for a heartwarming love story or something with a little more drama, there’s always something new to dive into. What I love most is how easy it is to navigate. The interface is super clean, and I can pick up right where I left off without any hassle. Plus, the recommendations are spot on – I’ve found some new favorite authors I never would’ve discovered otherwise. If you’re into romance novels, trust me, this app is a MUST-HAVE. I’ve lost track of how many late nights I’ve spent reading, but it’s totally worth it. Five stars all the way!
