#Mindful

I found this app during one of the darkest periods in my life. I remember reading some of the mindful affirmations unsure of how I was going to be able to hold on. Through these past four plus years of using this app, I have been encouraged and uplifted every day. I am also happy to report that I’m such a better place today. My future is bright, and I am grateful for this app not only walking alongside me through a dark time but also helping be develop a mindfulness approach to each and every moment of my days. Thank you to the content creators who’ve helped make this app possible and free. You make a difference in this world!

Okay first things first..i do not want to get emotional writing this but long story short i am very young ( in middle school ) and i have problems with my body image i have depression and anxiety sometimes i just hate myself and sit in my bed all day doing nothing. and i really do want to change but it's hard and i just want to be recognized for my hard work. it's even hard to just wake up and accept that you are you , you are a human being living breathing eating . and then there are some days i just want to cry. so this app really helps me get through the day sometimes when i go in public i just want to breakdown i also start tearing up a little bit because it's like all eyes are on me. so when things like this happen i just have a app that sends me a notification right away and i some sorta feel better. to anyone reading this you are beautiful don't care what anyone has to say just do you i know it's hard but you will get through it even though i don't know you or know what you look like i love you and i really really mean it 💗💗 don't ever give up love :/ i understand .

You all need to make sure that you are able to add as many brand-spankin’ new features into this type of app. In this way, no matter what types of users of it in general ever listen to it in general, that then they will always be able to learn as much as they could just through this type of app itself in particular. In this way, this type of app will never ever have to limit itself to all the types of features that it could ever have to present to any sorts of viewers in general, but also that it would always be able to be translated into as many different worldwide foreign languages as possible. In this way, no matter who it is that ever listens to it, that then, they will always be able to use it in whatever ways that they all would ever want to regardless of what parts of the planet that they all live in, regardless of whatever types of computers, portable devices or whatever it may be that they all ever choose to use at any points in their own futures.
