iCleaner - Clean My Storage

I downloaded this today using AppAdvice Daily. Once I closed the app, I was unable to get back into it. It simply won’t open. ETA: They reached out and resolved the issue!

I am unfortunately having to post this very negative public review, as the feedback form I filled out 2 days ago (which was the only method to contact listed on the website) has not been reviewed. I was attempting to download this app on promotion, but it kept crashing out when I would try upgrading to Pro. Once I finally (maybe?) got it to upgrade, the welcome screen would for a few seconds with a loading symbol and then it would crash after 2-3 seconds. I’m disappointed in this app, and even more so in the lack of response and/or help its makers.

Such an easy and quick way to clean up my phone! I used to manually delete stuff, but this app does all the heavy lifting for me. It also sends smart notifications when I need to clean up again. Super convenient!
