I am currently still learning how the app works but I LOVE the app blocking feature as a content creator I don’t always want BE on social media even though I have to post on it so the app features allow me to open the app to engage and once I’m off it I’m NOT notified of what’s going on .. one less thing to worry about. Instead of manually doing it in settings this feature groups it together so it solves my problem for multiple apps at once …

I've been using this app for a few weeks and I can say every one needs it. In the world of social media addiction. This helps me eliminate wasted time as I restrict social media usage to only a small window in the day. I've noticed my desire to browse social media has reduced. Great app. 10/10 would recommend

I’ve been using FocusPledge for 2 weeks now it has seriously helped me cut down on my time scrolling through IG and TikTok. I’m that type of person that can be scrolling for hours on these apps even when I don’t want to. The app’s simple UI and instructions make it really easy to set a focus session. If you have trouble staying off your phone and are wanting to change, definitely give this app a shot!!
