CDPHP ConnectRx

I’ve never had luck using this app so it’s been about a year and I thought I would try again. I take 6 different medications and after loading them in my account I tried to find a participating pharmacy. Trying preferred, rx for less, and retail options they all come up not covered by CDPHP. I called and verified they are covered but the CS person had no idea why the app wasn’t working. I’m done and will compare pricing on each different pharmacy website. I will delete the app.

Prior to the last update it was working as described and I could even see what other pharmacies my medicine was at, now it takes forever to load and when it does it just takes me to my medicines info. Many times the app will crash if I’m looking up a pharmacy nearby as well.

When you open the app, it sits and spins for a while as it looks for pricing. Problem is if you want to do anything else, too bad. You have to wait before you can read messages or look for pharmacies or any other app function.
