The new online access is not user friendly… would have been nice if an Outline of Change was provided in advance??? Learning on the fly is awkward at best! I don’t like the change and am frustrated to have call somebody to get it fixed! And then they cannot tell me my password wasn’t accepted that I changed last week? I fully understand the need for security In This day and age but the way this was handled should have been done with a little more fire thought! Timothy j Hunter

Well this update has Zelle which I have not needed in a while but it is good to know it’s there. It’s missing dark theme nothing like a bright light in your eyes at night when compared to the rest of the phone. One suggestion I would give is to make auto landscape layout for this app. Although I’m sure I won’t be able to use the app for a while after the update as seems to be the norm with every update it would be nice.

New app started out ok for the first day. Now it does the same thing my old bank does. Tells me my credentials are wrong. NO, they’re not wrong, your system is screwing up! Why would the bugs not be worked out before launch. Put the old app back in service until the new one ACTUALLY works.
