Lacoste USA: Polos & Sneakers

This is beyond frustrating. This error haunts me when selecting a size and attempting to add to bag, no matter what tricks I try to get around it (with very low success rate). Honestly, it has prevented me from making multiple (potentially quite large) purchases! The UI is pretty nice, and I’d easily give 5 stars given the superior quality among the industry, if it weren’t for the above issue, which in practice makes the app non-functional. And incredibly frustrating, and a turn off, for the customer.

I have deleted the app multiple times and reinstalled it but I keep getting an error message when trying to add an item to the cart. Your app IT support team is not doing their jobs properly and Lacoste is loosing business. The error I receive is when I try to add an item to the cart so I can purchase it but instead of adding it to the cart, I get an error message saying: “An error has occurred. Please try again later.” Hope someone will fix it soon!! Unfortunately, I won’t be purchasing anything because I can’t through the app. Good luck!!

This app has been such a good idea from the brand! I always love shopping here and the fact they rolled out with the app is such a huge win and helps with an easier customer experience! Love the homepage feature and excited to see more cool functionality on the app! 😊
