PUMA | Clothes & Sneakers App

I bought a pair of shoes from puma on this app. The shoes are amazing and I really do love how they look and the quality of the shoes. The reason I’m giving this a 3 stars is because the order process was long and very difficult. I ordered the pair of shoes for the first time and I thought everything was fine, then I checked the app a few days later to see what the progress was on the order. It said that my order was canclled and I had not idea why. I went ahead and ordered the shoes again but I had to go a size smaller because the shoes were sold out in my size. I messaged customer service to find out what the issue was. All they told me was my new order was going to be shipped to me. Not a time estimate, and not a reason for the cancellation. Then the shipping process took a long time. I recall the original shipping estimate being around a week, it took more like 2 or 2.5 weeks. I would like to reiterate that the shoes are great and I do love them. I just think that there are small things that can definitely be fixed. These issues won’t be a reason that I never shop with puma again. I do plan to get something else in the future.

The PUMA app makes it very convenient to shop and quickly purchase items! The brand, invented by the father of Adidas’s brother, has been around for a long time. The puma, suede and basket and CLYDES we’re all usually popular in the skate scene in the 90s and I had a few pairs that I enjoyed. I feel that the brand overall is improving and making products of higher quality. While I still feel that there are some products that are made with cheap synthetic materials, I enjoy the Collabs and these celebrity and athlete, endorsements, as well as the clothing and footwear that is of high-quality and that uses leather and suede and the like such as the MMQ product line. Keep it going , PUMA, and keep climbing to be the king of the jungle by pouncing on the competition.

The app is sleek, fast, looks great👍🏽! There is a super annoying problem, it will go BLANK while you’re searching. Example: I was looking at a certain Clothing feature, mixed with shoes👟, clothes👕, accessories. After putting a couple thing in my cart🛒 and saving a couple for later, the screen goes completely blank, like Blizzard🌨️ white screen🤬 Then I have to reload the recommended items, filters, blah blah, and start over. Starting over in a search is the worst way to shop online, and the fastest way to lose revenue. Being able to pickup where a shopper leaves off is crucial to online shoppers!! That’s some free advice PUMA! I’m a Data/Process Engineer👨🏽‍💻I understand the issue/s, I’m available to consult if PUMA needs!! This completely negates all the great things I said at the beginning. There are a couple smaller issues, but fix the first one, as that correction will bring up a few more. ✌🏽
