So far I love my Saunabox but there are some issues with the phone app that could be improved. The Bluetooth connection is weird, it requires me to find the Saunabox and start a new connection every use rather than remember the unit from session to session. But the most annoying app complaint is when I set it up with a time and temperature and it resets to whatever setting it wants to, example, I’ll set it to 15 temp for 30 minutes, but after a 10 minute heat up it reverts back to 8 temp for 20 minutes every time I use it.
After using this app for a couple of weeks I am very pleased. It's been a game-changer for tracking my sauna sessions. The app is super user-friendly and offers a ton of great features. I can easily set my desired temperature and session length, and it gives me reminders to stay hydrated. The built-in timer ensures I never overdo it, and I can track my progress over time. The app's sleek design makes navigation a breeze, and I love the calming visuals and sounds that help enhance the sauna experience. Whether you're new to saunas or a seasoned pro, Sauna Box is a must-have for anyone looking to elevate their sauna routine! Highly recommend!
First things firsts 5 stars easy on a lot of levels; more due to the company, the actual unit, and customer service … The app itself however works perfectly fine, love some of the guided breathwork sessions … but lacks a real interface with the sauna go unit, can set up a sessions but can hardly control a sessions outside of the original set up. No way to increase time or temp to extend or even cancel a session you don’t want tracked…would love to see these features added if possible of course
