App connects fine. App works to turn pump and heater on/off. App works to see current temp. But most importantly, the timer in the app does not work. Every now and then the timer will work ONCE after setting it up but never again. Calls to support are useless. I’ve called them 5-6 times and each time they claim they know nothing about the app timer not working. Hogwash. Be better.

We have been able to do everything we want with the app, other than to get it to repeat. We have found that no matter what type of timer we set, it will only work once. We think we have tried every possible variation, with the same result.

The app connects fine to my Saluspa (purchased from Costco). I can start/stop the heater from the app. The ability to schedule the heater and filter operation with the timer is a complete failure though. I’ve gotten it to work only once in a few months of owning the hot tub. The only solution from customer service is to unplug the hot tub for 24 hours and let it reset itself.
