Update: giving it a 5 star now as they quickly fix the issue I had with book search! Thank you!!! -------- Sending love from Taiwan! It’s only been two days since I downloaded the app, but I already feel like it’s exactly what I’ve been searching for – a simple, no-fuss place to document my life. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because I haven’t been able to find any books, whether I search in English or Traditional Chinese. Hopefully, that gets sorted soon! Additionally, I used to be on Douban before this switch. One feature I miss from Douban that is missing in Repov is the ability to see what books/shows/movies you have in common with other users on their profiles. The sense of connection in this community feels a bit weak too right now, so I’d love to see more features that help people connect with each other :) That said, this is still an awesome app, and I’ll definitely be recommending it to my friends!

This app is great amazing because it’s kind of like a commonplace journal for small daily interactions! Sometimes I don’t have the words to write things in my journal; it’s a great place for me to record the songs that I enjoyed each day or other small experiences that I want to look back on all in one place.
