Love that they finally added a rewards and app system. I use it weekly. Works great!

This app is easy to use and overall good for mobile ordering but my biggest complaint is that it operates similarly to Starbucks in that it requires you to have a “mobile balance” of a gift card and does not let you use your own form of payment to pay. It requires you to buy a gift card and use that balance to purchase which I find shady and not something I expect from a smaller business like this. Very disappointing and I hope this is something that they update in the future.

The app is easy to use & has some great features, but ordering ahead is useless if the baristas aren’t updating the status of your order. I never know if my coffee is ready or not since the status never changes past “order preparing”, even when the timer counts all the way down to 0 minutes. I was hoping this app would eliminate the uncertainty of online orders, as in the past they seem to have no rhyme or reason to their timing & can take 5 to over 30 minutes to prepare, but even with a great app it’s still anyone’s guess when your order will be ready.
