The app is easy to use & has some great features, but ordering ahead is useless if the baristas aren’t updating the status of your order. I never know if my coffee is ready or not since the status never changes past “order preparing”, even when the timer counts all the way down to 0 minutes. I was hoping this app would eliminate the uncertainty of online orders, as in the past they seem to have no rhyme or reason to their timing & can take 5 to over 30 minutes to prepare, but even with a great app it’s still anyone’s guess when your order will be ready.

The app is great but I hate that I can’t just pay using my credit card and they instead force me to use their store card. I do not want to load their store card with $25-$30 just to buy a single $4 coffee. The point is obviously to trap me and make me obligated to spend more there than I otherwise would. And at that point I’d rather just order online
