I do wish the app had a dine in option when ordering. I love getting the points and the free offers. Rockys pizza is the best!

There is no place in the beginning to choose pickup or delivery. Then I ordered a value item and once I got done entering all my info (first time using app), go to check out, it says that item is not available for delivery. In the beginning of ordering it should ask if delivery or pickup. I know, a small inconvenience in the grand scheme of things. Just make a section of delivery only items and have pick up or delivery at the beginning of order not the very end.

Showed up 3 minutes past my pickup time and was told I would have to wait 10-12 minutes for my slice to complete the four I ordered. This is not acceptable as they knew what was needed for my order 45 minutes earlier. The manager didn’t apologize or try to make it right. All the other times I’ve done a mobile I’ve never had this bad of service. Terrible management !
