Oasis Lights

the lights themselves are great - it’s incredible how a change in lighting can overhaul its aesthetic. Bluetooth pairing was instant and app worked seamlessly. The cherry on top is their customer service. I needed to do a return/exchange and the process was effortless. I also had a special circumstance and the team was so helpful. Shoutout to Miguel, Nathan, Guilherme, Rene, sami who handled my ticket, and whoever manages their IG DMs deserves a bonus haha. I haven’t had a support experience this good in a long time. Every interaction was genuinely helpful, friendly, and fast. Absolutely fantastic product and team all around!

At first we were having a bit of trouble connecting them to the app until we discovered it was a setting on our router(SON) that was preventing them from connecting. After this the installation experience was a beautiful experience, all lights connected right away and the app interface is perfect. You are able to schedule each light and assign different names or room for each of them which I love! Customer support team was very helpful and fast responding to the issues I was experiencing and were able to help me out right away. I would 100%!! Recommend this lights/experience to all my friends and family. Will be buying more in the future.

We were so excited when we received our four Oasis lights. Not needing our overhead lighting anymore is such a godsend. The entire room is a vibe now. Being able to control the brightness and hue of the lighting from my phone is very nice. The app is easy to use and the added touch of being able to automate when the lights come on is really great. We ended up using three in the living room and one in the studio. We had no issue syncing the three in the living room but for some reason, the one in the studio wouldn’t connect. It wasn’t a big issue to us really. And then we received a proactive email from Oasis stating that some of our lights might have been a part of a small manufacturing issue. I wasn’t even planning on reaching out about the one light that wouldn’t sync, but because they contact us, I informed them of the issue. They were very quick to send a replacement and the service we received from the team there was top notch throughout.
