We installed the ceiling fan. Everything works amazing!Now, the app. It’s difficult to connect to. I simply followed the other reviewers advice and after 10-15mins I finally got it. However. It says there is an RGB option for it to change colors. I have yet to figure out how to do that. I see from other comments, no one else has figured out how either. It would be SO VERY HELPFUL. If the creator/company of the app and gadgets would respond. But I doubt they ever will.

Like you, I was annoyed trying to get the app to work. But what worked was simple (I found this on the app user guide). 1. Turn the ceiling fan off from the light switch directly (not the remote). 2. Wait 10 seconds then flip the switch back on (turning the ceiling fan back on). Within 5 seconds, tap the powering icon on the app… then wait and see it blink (it’s a very dim blink)… then you’re set. Works pretty well, actually!

Very disappointing can’t use app won’t connect Bluetooth to get it to work…..I’ve tried tried ugh failed still won’t connect I gave up use remote control instead that have no color like app do 😒
