Major connectivity issues and then reconnecting is such a hassle
The switch keeps losing connectivity to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Trying to reconnect is such a hassle and does not work properly. What a pain. Come on improve your product update the app fix the bug. Do something come on happens all the time terribly annoying

Does not let me log in
The app tells me to finish setting up my account, then when I enter my email address, after deciphering the bizarre prompt: “Please enter your account”, it tells me I already have an account. And that’s it, no ability to just log in. It also completely lost my hardware, which is fine, it’s easy enough to add back, once you figure out that ELEGRP is the name of the app that controls this.
